Susan Dolan

Prior to Real Estate I was a Captain at the prestigious Boca Raton Resort and Club. This is where I honed my organizational skills, as my responsibilities were to run a 300 seat outdoor dining room as well as staff private events. In 1994 I decided to move on to Real Estate and I never looked back! I love being a Realtor, as I am a "mover and a shaker" and Real Estate allows me to get out and meet new people and a forge new business relationships and friendships! 

I am self taught in the art of negotiating and facilitating "Short Sales" I became so efficient in them; that I even handled one in Michigan! From 2009 to about 2017 I managed 2 accounts with Bank of America and Nationstar in the disposition on their Real Estate Owned Properties.

I am a Native of South Florida and I am very knowledgeable through out Broward and Palm Beach counties. I always work tirelessly for my clients in achieving their goals in Real Estate!
